针床控制：采用AC伺服马达控制,在2英寸范围之间的任何床位移动皆由程序指令控制，同时具有各针位微调功能。

Needle moving for needle bed adopt AC service motor to control, with a needle moving scope within 2 inches by program code and at the same time with slight adjusting function.

选针装置：由特殊的电磁铁组成8段的选针器。

The 8-section selector composed of the special magnet.

翻针装置：三角复合式设计，单/双系统皆可单独或同时翻针，不受机头方向影响，均可自由的前翻后、后翻前或前后对翻，也可一系统翻针，另一系统编织，达到高效生产。

密度三角：步进马达控制，30段密度选择，采用细分技术可调范围：0—650，更能准确地控制衣片的长短。

Density triangle: step controled by step motor,with 30 sections for selection, can adjust from 0 to 650 ,with subdiuison technlogy ,which can more accurately control clothing piece length.

沉降片系统：特殊设计控制，可达到收放针多种效果。

Sedimentation piece system with marching motor to control, adjust as per different substances to attain many kinds of effect of drawing and releasingneedle.

卷布系统：电脑程式指令，力距马达控制，30段拉力选择，每段可调范围：0—99.

换色系统： 8组纱嘴配置在4支导轨的前后两侧，可在针床内任何位置切换纱嘴。

Color-changing system Feef mouth or 2×8 group is equipped in left and right sides of four guide rail, and feef mouth can be switched at any position of cradle.

保护系统：当机器在编织过程中出现断纱、纱结、落布、冒布、倒卷、片数结束、移床未归、撞针脚、电机过载、程序错误等情况下会自动报警。

Protection system  The machine will automatically alarm if breaking yarn,noodle, floating yarn,rolling,pieve counting over, cradle moving not being correced,needle foot firing and program failure appear during operating process.

控制系统：1、屏幕显示：采用LCD工业显示器，图形化界面，内存容量4M。可同时存入大量花型文件，并可根据生产需要随时调出使用。2、监控画面：可显示各种工作参数，并在机器运转前后可随时进行调整，最大限度方便操作。3、制版系统直观易懂，升级方便。

Controlling:1、Screen indication: LCD industrial screen and figure interface, with a memory capacity of 4M.A great amount of bloom type files can be stored at the same time and they can be fetched out for use at any time as per production requirement. 2、monitored menu:each kind of operating parameters can be shown ,and they can be fetched out for use at any time as per production requirements. 3、Plate-making system is visual and easy to understand ,with upgrading easy to operate.
